Terms and Conditions for Art Purchases

Welcome to Kristy Gammill Art. Please carefully read these Terms and Conditions before making any purchase. By purchasing from our store, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Art Purchases

All artworks, including originals, prints, and commissions, are subject to availability. Each piece is created with care, and while every effort is made to accurately display the colors and details of the artwork, variations may occur due to monitor settings and the handmade nature of the work.

2. Commissions

For commissioned art, a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required at the time of order placement. Commissions are created in close collaboration with the client to ensure satisfaction. Once the artwork is complete, the remaining 50% must be paid before shipping or delivery. Custom pieces cannot be canceled or returned once production has started.

3. Payment

We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods. All payments are processed in [Insert Currency]. Payment must be completed in full before any artwork is shipped or picked up.

4. Shipping

• Domestic Shipping: Artwork is shipped via [Insert Carrier] and typically takes [Insert Timeframe] for delivery. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

• International Shipping: We offer international shipping with delivery times and fees calculated based on destination. Import duties, taxes, and other customs-related fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

• Processing Time: Please allow [Insert Timeframe] for artwork to be processed and prepared for shipping. Custom and commissioned pieces may require additional time, which will be communicated at the time of order.

• Damage During Shipping: If the artwork is damaged during shipping, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the piece with photographs of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

5. Returns and Refunds

Due to the handmade nature of the work, all sales are final unless the item is damaged upon arrival.

• Original Art and Commissioned Pieces: These items are non-returnable and non-refundable. If there are issues with the final product or concerns about the commission, please reach out directly for assistance.

• Prints: Prints can be returned for a full refund (excluding shipping costs) within 14 days of delivery if they arrive damaged or significantly differ from the product description. The artwork must be returned in its original packaging and condition. Contact us at [Insert Contact Information] to initiate a return.

6. Cancellations

Orders for original artworks and prints may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase by contacting us at [Insert Contact Information]. Commissions and custom pieces are not eligible for cancellation once the deposit is paid, and the creative process has begun.

8. Intellectual Property

All artwork, including digital and physical pieces, is protected by copyright laws. Any reproduction, modification, or commercial use of the artwork without prior consent from the artist is strictly prohibited.

9. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to update and change these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

Terms for KG Resort & Home Orders

SIZING

Each of our products will have a detailed size description on each item

Some of the t-shirts and hoodies/sweatshirts are unisex, which means they run larger. ALL customers are responsible for reading product descriptions and reviewing size chart prior to purchase.

Please check size before placing order as NO CHANGES may be made once an order has been placed- includes size and/or color changes.

All items are custom made and produced via each order, all orders are NON RETURNABLE and CANNOT BE CANCELLED.

RETURNS

Unfortunately, all items are final sale since it is made to order in order to manage environmentally friendly production . We are unable to return or exchange any item for any reason.

Considerations due to any product being damaged will be considered for return

SHIPPING

We sell our products globally - please see the terms below for different

UNITED STATES - tax is added at checkout

INTERNATIONAL - orders does not include import or duties, all these costs are responsible by the customer

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout vary by weight

Orders generally take 3-7 business days to process, package, and ship. All items are CUSTOM and made-to-order, meaning we produce your items specifically for you when you order. We cannot cancel orders after they are placed. When your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that will include your order information and your tracking number. Orders may ship separately due to print and production time 

Please Note - Kristy Gammill is not responsible for orders lost, mishandled or misplaced by USPS or any international POSTAL SERVICE 

I understand Kristy Gammill cannot provide additional shipping information beyond what's provided through tracking numbers once the package(s) is with USPS any international POSTAL SERVICE. The tracking number will provide all the updated information, all inquiries will need to be conducted on the customers time

I understand once an item is in transit there is no action Kristy Gammill can take to expedite the delivery process.

I understand that any delivery issues ( I.E received notification of package delivery but did not receive/see package) should be taken directly to their local post office as Kristy Gammill does not manage USPS any international POSTAL SERVICE deliveries  

Kristy Gammill is not responsible for orders lost, mishandled or misplaced by USPS any international POSTAL SERVICE
